A front desk for every call
The AI phone assistant for Swiss businesses: it picks up, understands what the caller needs and files it as a ticket – around the clock
Tanevo runs on: OpenAI (understanding and answers), Supabase (database in Zurich), Infomaniak (server in Switzerland), MCP (your systems).

Tanevo on the phone
Set up your business and call your own agent (it speaks German)
From the first ring to the ticket
Callers who reach no one call the next business. Tanevo picks up, understands the request and records it – so the call can turn into a job.
Hello, this is Lea from Muster Haustechnik, an artificial intelligence. This call is recorded. How can I help you?
Answers every call, even after hours
And says right away that an AI is speaking and that the call is recorded. You can switch this notice off.
One question at a time: what, where, how urgent. Follow-up questions stay with the same request.
When there is danger, it forwards straight to your on-call number. If none is set, it gives the emergency numbers 118 and 144 and marks the ticket as urgent.

Every request becomes a ticket
Name, callback number, address, request and urgency – organised in the dashboard instead of on a sticky note.
Details added later go into the same ticket. Three details in one call don't make three notes.
Instead of “we'll call you back”, the agent names the day, counted in your working days: “by Monday”, not “within 24 hours”.
Are you open on Saturday?
On Saturday we're here from 8 to 12.
Answers questions with your knowledge
Opening hours, services, prices: what you store, it says. What isn't there, it doesn't make up.
What it couldn't answer, it collects for you. One answer is enough, and next time it knows.
What it remembers about a customer is shown in the customer profile – with the sentence it came from. You can delete it at any time.
Set up in a few minutes
Enter your business, services and opening hours
Decide how the agent presents itself and when it transfers calls
Forward your number to Tanevo – on a mobile with a short code
Set up in minutes. Your Tanevo number is active 1–3 working days after verification.
More done, without more staff
A front desk for every call, even when everyone is out on a job. Tanevo is always reachable – and when a person is needed, it transfers the call or says by when you will call back.
Your own agent
How it answers your business's phone – word for word, in German
«Grüezi, Muster Haustechnik, eine künstliche Intelligenz, das Gespräch wird aufgezeichnet. Was kann ich für Sie tun?»
With AI notice and recording notice by default. You can switch the notice off in the dashboard.
Around the clock
Picks up at night and on weekends too.
Database in Zurich
Calls, tickets and customer data are stored in Switzerland.
Knows regulars
Recognises who has called before.
What you can rely on
The agent acts or hands over. Every call ends with something done or scheduled – never with a conversation that leads nowhere.
Frequently asked questions
Not on the phone yet. The phone agent and the dashboard are in German today, because our first customers are businesses in German-speaking Switzerland. French, Italian and English will follow. The website assistant (the orb in the corner) already speaks English on this page.
Entering your business, services and opening hours takes a few minutes. For your Tanevo number we need proof of your business (a commercial register extract, or an ID and a Swiss address), because every Swiss number belongs to a verified business. After verification it is active within one to three working days.
By default, yes. At the start of every call the agent says that it is an artificial intelligence and that the call is recorded. A business can switch this notice off and then informs its customers itself. If someone asks whether they are talking to a person, the agent always says it is an AI.
Then it says so and records the request as a ticket, so you can call back. It only mentions prices, appointments and availability if you have stored them. Unanswered questions are collected for you – one answer is enough, and next time it knows.
Yes. You forward your number to your Tanevo number, for example only when you don't answer or the line is busy. On a mobile this takes a short code; no porting needed.
Not yet. The agent holds the conversation in standard German.
Yes, if you connect your Google Calendar. It then offers the caller up to two free times based on your opening hours, lead time, booking window and buffer, and once the caller confirms, enters the appointment in a separate calendar “Tanevo – Termine”. Of the rest of your calendar it only sees whether a time is busy. The ticket stays open, due at the start of the appointment. Microsoft 365 and Outlook are not supported yet. Without a connected calendar, it records the requested day and time as a ticket and you confirm it.
If the agent detects an emergency, it transfers the call immediately – to your own on-call number if you set one. If none is set, it gives the Swiss emergency numbers 118 and 144 and creates an urgent ticket.
Calls, tickets and customer profiles are stored in a database in Zurich. For speech and telephony we work with providers outside Switzerland: on the phone and on the website ElevenLabs listens and speaks, OpenAI writes the answers and Twilio carries the calls, all three in the USA. We say so openly instead of promising “everything in Switzerland”; which provider processes what is disclosed in full before you sign.
