Tanevo

Your website can talk

An AI voice assistant as an orb in the bottom corner: it answers questions by voice and shows visitors where to click – they do the clicking

Try it: the orb in the bottom right is Tanevo's own agent, and it speaks English here.

Tanevo runs on: OpenAI (understanding and answers), Supabase (database in Zurich), Infomaniak (server in Switzerland), MCP (your systems).

The pop-up agent in one minute

Answer questions, show the way

Visitors who can't find something on your website rarely write an email – they leave. The pop-up agent listens, answers with what you have stored, and shows on the page where to go next.

Example

Hi, I'm Lea, the AI assistant of Muster Haustechnik. This conversation is stored as text. How can I help you?

Voice

A conversation instead of a form

One click on the orb and the agent introduces itself: an AI is speaking and the conversation is stored as text. The microphone only starts with that click.

Opening hours, services, procedures – it answers from what you store in the dashboard. While it looks something up, the border pulses instead of it saying “one moment”.

If someone wants a quote or a callback, the agent asks for what's missing and puts a ticket into your dashboard – next to the ones from your calls.

Example

Where can I sign in?

May I look at this page to show you? I only read labels, never what you type.

It shows where to go next

Before it looks at the page, it asks. If the visitor allows it, it reads only labels – never what someone types into a field.

One step at a time, in the order of the page: first the field, then the button. It points and says what goes in – the visitor clicks.

If a step leads to another page of your website, the conversation continues and the agent picks up where it left off.

One line of code on your website

  1. Switch it on in the dashboard under “Pop-up-Agent”

  2. Enter your website's addresses – the orb only appears there

  3. Paste one line of code into your website

Set it up

The pop-up agent uses the same knowledge and the same dashboard as your phone agent. The dashboard is in German today.

What you can rely on

  • Microphone only after a click

Until someone clicks the orb, it hears nothing. Then the browser asks for permission.

  • Only on your addresses

The orb only talks on the pages you enter in the dashboard – copied code stays silent.

  • Reads labels only

Headings, buttons, links – and only with permission. It never sees what someone types into a field.

  • Never clicks by itself

It points and says where to go. Every click and every entry stays with the visitor.

Frequently asked questions

One line of code. You switch the pop-up agent on in the dashboard, enter your website's addresses and paste the line before the end of your page. It works anywhere you can add HTML.

No. The orb only appears on the addresses you enter in the dashboard. On any other page it stays invisible, even if someone copies the code.

The words are stored as text; no audio is recorded. By default the agent says so at the start of every conversation, together with the notice that an artificial intelligence is speaking; a business can switch this notice off. ElevenLabs processes the audio and OpenAI writes the answers from the words, both in the USA.

Never. It says where to go and highlights the spot – the visitor clicks and types. It may only look at the page once the visitor allows it, and then it reads only labels such as headings, buttons and links, never what someone types.

The conversation continues as long as the new page belongs to your addresses. The agent comes back with “I'm back” and continues with the next step.

Then it says so. If the visitor wants something done – a quote, a callback – the agent records the request as a ticket in your dashboard, with everything the visitor mentioned.

German, and English on the English version of a site. Your stored knowledge can stay in German; the agent answers in the visitor's language without making anything up. The dashboard is in German today.
