No call gets lost, and legal advice stays with you
Tanevo records enquiries, appointments and file questions. Legal questions are recorded, not answered; deadline calls are handed over.
- New client enquiries: Ticket “Tenancy: notice received”: name, number, wording, due the promised day.
- Expiring deadlines: High-priority ticket with the wording; also put through if transfers are allowed.

Every request
a ticket
The notice, I've written that down. Someone from the firm will get back to you on it personally. What is your name?
Sandra Meier.
Thank you, Ms Meier. The firm will get back to you by Tuesday.
New client enquiries
Ticket “Tenancy: notice received”: name, number, wording, due the promised day.
What it takes down for you
It records what it is roughly about, who is calling and how to call back. The assessment stays with you.
Expiring deadline, appeal, objection, summons, debt collection: it hands over, putting the call through if allowed. Otherwise the firm calls back.
The agent doesn't know your files and gives no information on their contents. It records the question with name and reference.
How a call runs at your firm
Firm name, AI disclosure, recording notice. Stored as text, no audio.
Typical legal questions are recorded; expiring deadlines and summonses are handed over.
One question at a time, in the caller's words, without legal classification.
Name, number, preferred time as set; opposing party on your instruction.
Ticket with wording and contact. Conflict checks and advice stay with you.
Appointments and practicalities
Ticket with booked or requested slot and contact.
What else it handles
Directions, opening hours, first-meeting process, documents: what you store, it says. With Google Calendar it books; otherwise the firm confirms.
A day at your firm
Example · translated from German

- 15:00“What are my chances if I sue my landlord?”
- 18:40“The deadline for the appeal runs out tomorrow.”Urgent
- 07:40→ Doesn't answer the legal question; records it with name and number.
- 09:15→ Hands over: puts through if transfers are allowed now, otherwise a ticket waits.Urgent
- 11:30→ Answers from your fact sheet. If nothing is stored there, it records the question.
- 15:00→ Makes no assessment. The question goes to the firm as a ticket.
- 18:40→ Only puts calls through if you chose “always”. Otherwise a ticket, no text message.Urgent
Voicemail versus Tanevo
After 5 pm it's voicemail, often without name or number.
Reception puts calls through, even into the middle of a meeting.
Callers who ask on the phone sometimes get a first assessment.
An expiring deadline sits on the voicemail like any other message.

What the agent never does
Records the legal questions it recognises; otherwise it only says what you've stored.
Doesn't assess chances of success or litigation costs.
Gives no information on the contents of a file and runs no conflict checks.
Books only via Google Calendar, sends no texts, never pretends to be a person.
Frequently asked questions
Not every one. It recognises fixed German phrases like “do I have to”, “the deadline runs out”, appeal or summons. A deadline put differently can become an ordinary ticket; unrecognised legal questions are answered from what you stored. Store practical information, not legal advice.
To the forwarding number you set, following your transfer setting: never, always, or only during opening hours. If a transfer isn't possible right now, it records the request as a ticket and tells the caller you will be in touch.
If you have chosen “always”, it puts the call through in the evening too. Otherwise a ticket with the caller's words is waiting in the dashboard. It doesn't send you a text message or call you.
Whether using it is compatible with your professional secrecy under Art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code and Art. 13 of the Lawyers Act (BGFA) is for you to judge. Before you sign, we disclose in full which provider processes what.
In a database in Zurich, as text; no audio is recorded. For speech and telephony we work with providers in the USA: ElevenLabs recognises the audio, OpenAI writes the answers and Twilio carries the calls.
You choose: name, callback number, address and preferred time. You can add your own instructions, such as “Ask for the opposing party”, and topics it won't discuss.
